Location: Ang Mo Kio (AMK)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,000 month (Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team at our AMK campus for a 12-month contract. You will be the first line of support, responsible for delivering timely and effective IT assistance to end-users. Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used applications.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.
Maintain documentation of support cases, incidents, and solutions.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including account setups and hardware allocation.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and updates.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support projects and improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and remote support tools.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable based on performance and business needs)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
