As an Asset Management Engineer, your role will focus on delivering next-generation thinking in the asset management space. You will provide strategic solutions to complex asset management issues across local and state governments, as well as the private sector.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients’ key issues and collaborate to create innovative solutions for complex asset management challenges.
  • Manage and deliver asset projects with limited guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of tenders and proposals within the Asset Performance business group.
  • Provide advice on costing, maintenance, and life cycle performance of products and solutions.
  • Identify further product and service opportunities with existing and new clients, contributing to revenue growth.

About You:
  • 5–10 years of experience within the transport industry, with a passion for asset management, maintenance, or construction practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Asset Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management and excellent communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of road surfaces and pavements, with previous experience managing assets, identifying defects, and recommending treatments.
  • Expertise in performance modelling of pavements and road infrastructure, as well as industry and client pavement management tools.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure management systems such as dTIMS, HDM4, or similar tools.
