Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an associate with solid corporate M&A experience to join their growing corporate team. The team advises leading international corporations and private equity funds on complex M&A, joint venture, disposal and restructuring transactions.

Requirements

2+ PQE Qualified Lawyer with Solid M&A Experience
Hong Kong or Common Law Qualification
Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
