Our client is one of the leading Construction and Engineering companies in the region.
 
Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification. Ensure that records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements. Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time. Quality control in accordance with Company’s procedures method statements, quality plans and inspection and test plans, all prepared by the project management team and by subcontractors. Liaising with company or project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements. Providing data in respect of variation orders and site instructions. Preparing record drawings, technical reports, site diary.
 
Requirement

• Previous experience of setting out on civil engineering projects
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, and legal regulations
• Degree qualified, or equivalent, in civil engineering
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with both clients and staff
• Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook.
