I am looking for a UX Designer with a heavy focus on Interaction Design to join a large financial organisation based in Sydney CBD.
This role is an inital 6 month contract which is likley to extend and is paying between $800 - $850 per day.

The role:
You will be working closely with the Program Lead and VD, as well as the wider team including BAs and Developers, to re-create and re-design finanical product digital forms.
We are looking for someone who can analyse and commuicate to a range of people to come up with creative ideas whilst still understanding the 'red tape'of an enterprise organisation.

Essential:
  • 5+ years of customer centred design experience with a focus on digital and end-to-end experience design.
  • Experience in financial services, or similar industry, in a hands-on design role
  • 2+ years’ experience in design research and/or being at the coalface of prototyping and testing designs with customers.
  • Demonstrated expert proficiency with using design tools such as Sketch, Axure and Invision.
  • Clear understanding of how to turn design research into tangible, actionable design outcomes.
  • Experience working in design projects with multi-disciplinary co-located teams.
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment.
Desirable:
Experience working on Digital Customer Forms
