My client, an industry leader within Financial Services and Australia's number one choice for its customers, is looking for a high performing business partner to work closely with the senior executive leadership team to drive company strategy and financial performance.

Description
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with the Executive Leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Prepare budgeting and forecasting
  • Build financial models and manipulate data to draw insights and analysis
  • Deliver commercial insights and strategic support to Senior Management
  • Create KPI metrics, dashboards and performance reporting to support senior management decision-making and execution
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for new projects
  • Perform product, customer, and competitor analysis and present findings
  • Present insights and analysis through visual business intelligence tools, PowerPoint and waterfalls
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance


Profile
 
To be successful, you must have:

  • CA/CPA/CFA qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of Financial Services/Banking industry experience
  • A BIG 4 FIRST MOVER with Financial Services clients and an interest in a commercial business partnering role will be ideal
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with visually presenting insights and analysis through PowerPoint or visual BI tools
  • Sound analytical skills with an ability to assimilate information
  • Intermediate / Advanced modelling skills using Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 
Job Offer

$100,000 to $140,000 base + super + bonus potential.
