Paralegal/Cosec Senior Executive (Global MNC)

The Role:
Our client is a renowned MNC and seeking a Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you'll be a vital link within the legal team, working collaboratively with fellow paralegals, and providing crucial assistance to the Legal Counsels in various administrative and corporate secretarial tasks. Your responsibilities extend to managing corporate activities, encompassing tasks such as handling directors' resolutions, shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documentation. You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders, authorities, and external parties on relevant matters.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of legal support experience gained in private practice or in-house
Corporate secretarial experience, managing external vendors, resolutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
