Luxury Fashion Retail Store, Multiple Locations Available (Central, CBD and East)
Retail Hours (10am to 10pm), 4 Days Work Week and 3 Days Off
Minimum 1 year retail experiences in fashion industry is a MUST

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and perform cashiering duties
Attend to customers and deliver outstanding customer service
Handle customers’ feedback and complaints professionally
To promote products and optimize sales opportunities
Replenish products on the display shelves and counters whenever necessary
Ensure sample products are well-organized and in good working condition
Responsible for inventory management and stock replenishment
Performing housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image
Work closely as a team to achieve store target

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year retail experiences in fashion industry is a MUST
Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
Ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
Able to work in fast pace retail environment
Able to work on weekends/public holidays and rotating shifts
