A Virtual Bank in Hong Kong is looking for a Compliance Manager / Senior Manager to be based in Hong Kong to be part of a growing international compliance team supporting on regulatory compliance matters. To succeed in this role, you need to have detail-oriented and adaptable to the Virtual Banking environment. Strong stakeholder and interpersonal skills are necessary in this role to effectively provide advise to the business.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Providing regulatory compliance advise to the business regarding the Virtual Banking space
• Developing compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned to the regulations
• Being the point-of-contact with regulatory authorities and handling issues / enquiries from the regulators
• Identifying risk issues and escalatory breaches to senior management

You will have:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in the banking industry
• Knowledgeable in the fintech / payments / mobile banking space
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
