About the Role:
Hudson RPO is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting a major global manufacturing client. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills, who is eager to grow in the talent acquisition space.

You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of niche and technical roles—primarily for positions in the U.S., with a focus on the East Coast. This role involves close collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers, with opportunities to participate in intake calls and recruitment strategy discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively source and identify top talent across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
Screen candidates to assess suitability based on role requirements
Collaborate with 2–3 senior recruiters to support up to 10–15 active roles at a time
Manage a high volume of niche and technical positions, including roles in utilities, plant operations, and manufacturing
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles
Ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters for submission to hiring managers
Participate in intake meetings when needed and contribute to role scoping and strategy
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Required Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or RPO environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and job markets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities
Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles is a plus
Strong organizational and time management abilities
