About the role:

Maxima’s valued client is seeking efficient parking attendants during August and September 2025 to offer car parking support during events at the Adelaide Showgrounds and Park Lands. We’re looking for team players who have a passion for contributing to your community by providing high quality customer service. These roles are vital in helping us create a welcoming and safe experience for all event visitors. Please note these are casual roles with hours dependent on event schedules and shift availability.

You can expect to work 5 hour shifts at a time, taking place between 6am and 9:30pm. Shifts are available across 7 days/week.

Key duties include:

· Directing cars during events

· Providing great customer service to event goers

· Helping to keep parking areas clean and safe for visitors

· Working closely with security and operations teams to ensure safety in the car parks

About You:

· Strong previous experience in resolving customer complaints and concerns.

· An ability to effectively liaise and engage with customers.

· A sound understanding of the operation of computerised cashiering equipment is desirable.

· Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

· Physically able to be on your feet for 5 hour shifts.
