The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Officer to provide essential support to every day finance operations. This is initially a contract position, supporting a small division of a large media business.


The role will have responsibility across:
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Daily bank Recs
  • BAS/PAYG preparation
  • Month End processing
  • Assist in annual audit processing
  • Timely and accurate reporting

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated  individual with excellent financial, administrative and interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for producing work to a high standard. You will be experienced in Finance, Administration and Payroll roles, possess a high level of integrity, be accountable, as well as having the ability to time manage and prioritise effectively. Experience in Excel and accounting software is essential.
