Role Overview 
  • Identify and drive the resolution of process inefficiencies, issues, and risks
  • Streamline end-to-end processes to deliver quantifiable value for the future state
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives using various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma
  • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders
  • This role is going to have the opportunity to work in a design thinking / human centred design environment 

Skills Overview
  • Minimum 2 years experience in end to end process improvement
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in process management tools and automation
  • Experience in presenting, leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders including executive level.
  • Ideal exposure to Design Thinking to ensure customer & employee experience is considered in all design elements.
  • Experience in Six Sigma Green Belt ideal
