We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services group for a skilled Senior Manager, Risk to join their first line risk function.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering with leaders across the business to manage operational and compliance risks, support change initiatives, and strengthen controls across APAC operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clear and pragmatic risk advice to senior stakeholders
  • Support business change by embedding risk requirements early
  • Lead control testing, incident assessments, and assurance reviews
  • Maintain and enhance risk and compliance frameworks
Ideal Candidate:
  • 8–10 years’ experience in risk or compliance (insurance/financial services)
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian regulatory obligations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Qualifications in business, law, commerce, or a related field
