Our client, a top tier firm with a strong and successful Tax practice is seeking a senior lawyer/ Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE specialising in Tax to join their collegiate team. 

This is a transactionally focused role in which you will advise a range of high profile blue chip corporate clients on complex taxation issues including corporate/direct tax, international tax, GST and stamp duty emanating from deals such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and major projects. 

With 3-8 years Tax experience gained in a law firm or Big 4 Accounting firm, you have excellent attention to detail, strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of key Taxation provisions, ATO Rulings and relevant case law. 

You enjoy client contact and are keen to continue building your knowledge and career in Tax at a top Australian law firm.  Ideally you also have some exposure to indirect tax matters, however, this is not a prerequisite.
