Apply: Technology Risk - CONTRACTOR

This is an excellent opportunity to join a mid-size Financial Services group with excellent brand recognition. You are part of the Line 1 Technology Risk function and will be focussing on Technology Risk (GRC), with a particular focus on APRA standards and Board Reporting. You will report directly to the CRO and will manage the risk assurance process end to end liaising with executives at all levels. Summary of duties:
 
Provide independent specialist Technology Risk  oversight and advise to the business, including challenging existing processes.
You will have oversight, challenge, interpret the regulatory requirements including outsourcing agreements / vendors and third party suppliers (CPS231/CPS234 and other APRA standards).
In addition they are running several large Risk Transformation projects that will conclude in 4 years and you will be integral part to assess any risks liaising with Project and Program Heads.
You will attend executive board  and management meetings, overseeing a team of Risk Managers.

Ideal candidate:

• You will be CISA / CRISC / CISM / CISSP / CPA / CA / CIA / ACCA or other certified.
• Recent or past experience gained to any of the three lines of defence (Line 1 / Line 2 or Audit).
• GS007 / ITGC / CPS standard exposure advantageous.
• Understanding of Risk in Change / delivered or delivery risk advantageous.
• Strong writing,  interpretation, communication and presentations  skills is a must.
• Highly adaptable, appetite to work in a growing and changing environment and ability to communicate with technical team leads required.
