The Role:
Our Client is an established energy and project company spanning multiple markets, global footprint. You will be a key member and the lead for the firm’s Ethics and Compliance team. The Ethics and Compliance function is responsible to drive the ethics and compliance program across the Group to ensure applicable laws and regulations and company policies are complied with. Reporting to the General Counsel, this is also a highly visible role to senior stakeholders with opportunities to influence and make an impact and change to the organization.


You must:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or professional qualification and certification relating to compliance (e.g. ACCA, CIA, CPA, CFE, and/or any other relevant compliance certification)
• 12 years of working experience, prior training in the big 4 and thereafter in a compliance, internal audit or investigations function in a multi-national organization with a regional or global exposure
• Render guidance to the business partners and employees on global and local compliance policies which includes conflicts of interests and anti-corruption and bribery, data governance, data privacy, know your counterparties due diligence, sanctions as well as general ethics issues
• Develop the compliance training program for the Group and provide on-going training to employees across the organization by creating awareness and education on the Code of Conduct and compliance policies and effectively track the completion of these trainings.
• Collaborate well across departments
• Experience in managing people, teams as well business partners regionally or globally
