We are currently seeking for a Administrator (Workshop) on behalf of our client, a preferred freight solution provider. The role will start of on a temporary basis with the aim to go permanent.
 
Major Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vehicle compliance inspections, ensuring timely completion of checks and repairs to meet regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and internal teams for inspections and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including record-keeping and email correspondence.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support the operations team with compliance-related administrative tasks.
 
About you:
  • Administrative expertise, especially in compliance or liaising with regulatory bodies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP.
  • Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge or experience in the transport industry is a strong advantage.
