Senior Legal Counsel/Assistant Managing Counsel (Pharma/Healthcare industry)

My client, an International Pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel who can advise and support Regional and Country stakeholders on legal, intellectual property/trademarks, and personal data matters.

This role provides a great opportunity for a mid to senior lawyer with Pharmaceutical, Medical devices or Healthcare experience to counsel stakeholders on a wide spectrum of legal and commercial matters as well as to provide mentorship to junior members of the legal team.

This role will be based in the APAC Regional HQ in Singapore (with some business travel if required).

The ideal candidate:

7-12 PQE and experience with Pharmaceutical, Medical devices or Healthcare matters (Inhouse experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be highly advantageous)
Experience advising on intellectual property (trademarks in particular) and personal data matters
Experience with negotiation/drafting of licensing/distribution contracts, supply contracts, research/development contracts, and clinical trial contracts
Is collaborative, resourceful and has a high level of maturity
