A leader in the shipping industry is looking for a General Manager to cover fleet management as they continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Fleet Management team operates in accordance to company goals
Supervise and Monitor the ships in the fleet to ensure performance and repairs are up to standard
Review current processes and strategize for profit maximization

Key Requirements

Min 15 years in the shipping industry with 5 years in a management position
Chief Engineer experience with certification is preferred
Strong Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
