SMB Senior Sales Manager, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a sales territory of Singapore based SMEs.
Develop and execute against a business plan
Maintain a robust pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business with prospects
Work with partner, marketing, business development and technical teams to manage and grow the territory
Help contribute to long-term relationships with key accounts
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
Analysis data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and help evolve the business.
Continuously improve the sales performance and attain a sustained level of performance standard.

Key Requirements:

Proven technology account/territory management or channel management experience
Proven business experience in software and cloud distributor organizations managing accounts and partners at scale
At least 10 and more years of working experience in sales capacity
A relevant degree
