Our Client is a high profile government department, seeking an APS6 Recruitment | Employment Adviser to join a busy but very supportive team who work in a fast-paced and complex environment. This contract position will be for 6 months with an immediate start.

The successful candidate will be in a dynamic role which will include Recruitment, Performance Management and Employment conditions. You must have strong coordination skills, stakeholder engagement experience and should have the ability to work with changing priorities and timeframes.

Our Client would prefer someone who already holds a Baseline security clearance, as this enables a quick start.  
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with Departmental stakeholders to provide recruitment consultant services for EL & APS level processes
• Systems maintenance of eRecruit
• Contribution to and development of performance management strategies
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects
• Analysing performance data
• You will have an excellent understanding of the Fair Work Act framework, relevant state legislation and be comfortable interpreting and providing advice on complex industrial instruments.
• Partnering with the Department to provide employment conditions advice, support and solutions
