Property Officer (Town Council, Entry Level Diploma, East & North Locations)

Up to $2600 for Candidates with Experiences in Facilities Management Industry
Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
Working Locations: North and North-East (Few Vacancies Available)
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday Half Day 8.30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
Able to work under pressure
Immediate available candidates are highly preferred
