Apply: Senior Digital Product Owner

The Senior Digital Product Owner will take a leading role across all digital retail products for a major bank.

This role will liaise with senior stakeholders across to ensure the allocated products meet customer needs and business requirements. 

This entails taking responsibility for the full life-cycle of product development from strategy, customer research and design through to product development, launch, iteration and support.

As digital becomes an increasingly important channel for all customers, this role will make a key contribution to the companies market-leading digital services, delivering essential banking services to 10 + million personal and small business customers.
You will have 2-5 direct reports and support 2 scrum teams.

• experiencing using complaints tools and systems
• knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of the digital environment
• worked in an Agile project management environment
• 8 + years experience in a customer support role
