Chandler Macleod is seeking Data Entry Officers to join our client, based in Footscray, Victoria.

The Data Entry Officer is responsible for support of the delivery of administrative requirements, transferring, inputting, updating and validating data in a timely manner using the organisation delegated systems and document sharing services.

These are full time roles Monday - Friday based on site. 

The roles main tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the achievement of the business and teams’ daily targets.
  • Ensure all data records and documentation is accurately entered in and stored in the correct files
  • Complete regular checks and audits of workings.
  • Follow up with the leadership team as required for additional guidance and support.
  • Adhere to all system and program steps to ensure data is correctly managed.
  • Correctly use all organisation systems and programs to minimise IT risk and data mismanagement.
  • Support the Customer Experience team in administration activities as required.
  • Self-manage to deliver quality tasks by completing required administrative tasks.
  • Manage self-adherence (i.e. breaks, leave requests & punctuality) to ensure business and team targets are met & customer experience and data are maintained with high levels of accuracy.
  • Support and adhere to policies and procedures, code of conduct and relevant programs, strategies and acts.
  • Perform any other duties as directed and/or required.

  • Ability to work in structured environment, that includes set policies, procedures & practices
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Exposure to customer service
