Our client is a progressive and dynamic top tier law firm.  Due to growth, a Lawyer/ Senior Associate with 3-7 years' PQE is required to join their successful Commercial litigation team to work on some of Australia's most cutting edge work.  
 
Description

Working with two high profile, award winning partners, you will act on large scale and complex commercial litigation matters in particular major corporate disputes, cross border matters as well as consumer and competition disputes, cross border disputes and other general commercial litigation matters..  You will also work on strategic risk management and be part of high level negotiations with blue chip clients.

Profile

With 3-7 years' of commercial litigation PQE gained in a top tier or leading mid-tier practice, you have a keen commercial sense, outstanding technical skills and a strong academic background.  Efficient and organised, you are a good mentor to junior lawyers and are relied upon by your clients to provide strategic and pragmatic advice.
