Key Skills and Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
15+ years in medical claims operations, health insurance, or related domains
Proven leadership in driving claims process improvement and digital transformation
Strong expertise in AI-driven claims solutions, FWA tools, and analytics platforms
Deep understanding of claims adjudication frameworks and modern digital architectures
Strategic thinking paired with hands-on change management excellence
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus Points For:

Experience with SaaS-based claims tech and digital health ecosystems
Knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations and compliance standards
A clinical background or fluency in medical terminology
