Responsibilities:
  • Process improvements - Identify areas of improvement in business processes to better manage business risks; Realise the desired profit improvement goals, using analytics and technology to create better business monitoring solutions
  • Conduct assessments of internal controls
  • Propose recommendations to improve organisational workflow and to better manage costs and improve profits
  • Participate in profit improvement projects with a view to enhancing operating efficiency and improving financial resilience
  • Participate in risk assurance engagements and in facilitation of risk discussions to identify risks and mitigation actions
  • Conduct data analytics by using applicable tools and techniques to identify areas of slippage or leakage
  • Regular research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports

Job requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, risk advisory etc
  • Able to travel occasionally for projects / execution
  • Team player, family culture
  • Good in presentations, negotiation and have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization, deal with senior level business & C-level stakeholders
  • Technically competent, technology savvy, energetic and growth minded
  • Competent and experience in using Power BI, Dax, Python are added advantage
