Based in our South Melbourne Support Office, you will:
  • Spearhead the creation & improved of product and collection listing to drive sales and increase onsite conversation rates.
  • Understand and implement best in class onsite content and layouts.
  • Lead the production of SEO driven content with a focus on: landing pages, category pages, branded pages, website content, EDMs and personalised customer journeys.
  • Implement, identifying and act on data insights to improve onsite personalisation.
  • Take full ownership of output being responsible for planning, producing, managing, and measuring the impact of your marketing projects from concept to finished output.
  • Monitor and produce reports with the assistance of the content coordinator on the ROI and effectiveness of site and content.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the website and assisting in optimizing for conversions
To be successful in this role: 
  • Proven 2+ years' experience working in a digital or eCommerce content marketing role
  • Proven experience in creating high performing SEO-friendly web content
  • Experience in creating content across multiple channels including web, marketplaces, affiliates & case studies.
  • Strong understanding of how to generate and interpret data to form outcomes.
  • Life longer learner, with an ability to take big picture thinking and create achievable tasks
  • Solid understanding of brand voice/ style guidelines within a marketing environment
  • Previous experience working with graphic designers/ front end developers/ digital marketing functions
  • Experience in a fast-paced communications environment, commissioning and managing content for multiple streams and content types concurrently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to lead a team to achieve great things
