* $35 Per Hour + Super<br />* Parkside Location<br />* 1 - 2 Days Per Week<br /><br />We are currently seeking an immediate start for an experienced Administration/Accounts/Receptionist person to assist for approximately 1 - 2 days per week in their office in Parkside.&nbsp;<br /><br />General duties:<br /><ul><li>Assisting with answering the phones</li><li>Providing general administrative support</li><li>Reconciling of accounts and preparing reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets)</li><li>Data entry of invoices&nbsp;</li><li>General banking</li><li>Cashflow analysis</li><li>Supplier payments</li><li>Processing payroll and invoices on a weekly basis</li><li>Process the monthly superannuation payments and payroll tax</li><li>Completing the reconciliation of accounts payable, business MasterCard and accounts receivable&nbsp;</li></ul><br /><strong>THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<br /></strong><br />This is a hands-on role best suited to someone with a proactive team player attitude. You&rsquo;ll need to have a professional attitude, accounts experience and be comfortable speaking to both internal and external customers. We expect you will be a fast learner, have an eye for detail and be someone who&rsquo;s comfortable processing data and information in a timely and accurate manner.&nbsp;<br /><br />You&rsquo;ll need to have previous experience in general accounts and experience using MYOB (essential) and the Microsoft Office suite of products.&nbsp;
