The Role:
My Client is an Asian financial institution seeking to hire a junior to mid-level lawyer with corporate banking, cross border financing transaction experience.

You will have:

5-8 PQE with training in Corporate Banking (Commercial Loans) and finance
Possess good understanding of banking products (Cross currency swaps, trade finance)
Banking regulatory experience across bilateral, syndicated, project finance, subscription finance and trade finance
Excellent stakeholder management skills
