APS 6 Project Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly capable and creative Project Coordinator to join a specialised government project team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys research, creative production, stakeholder engagement, and working across dynamic project environments.

You will support the development of a range of training and analytical products, including fictional actor profiles, information sets, and visual/interactive content. This role requires confidence in presenting, strong communication skills, and an ability to produce creative and well‑researched outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop verbal, visual, and audio‑visual training suite content
  • Create and refine fictional human actor profiles and related information sets
  • Conduct rapid, targeted research across diverse subject areas
  • Represent project operations confidently in stakeholder engagements
  • Support both onsite and offsite project activities
  • Contribute to AGILE‑aligned, cross‑functional project teams
Highly Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Background in creative industries, content production, or media
  • Experience in visual design, literary creation, or audio‑visual production
  • Understanding of social or human network analysis (sociology / behavioural / political science beneficial)
  • Familiarity with VMware, Linux, HTML, JavaScript
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Robustness of character and ability to operate in research‑intensive, strategically focused environments
  • Exposure to information‑driven or law‑enforcement‑adjacent contexts favourable
