The Role:
B2B Business Development Manager role with a Professional Services Firm

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting for large deals and partnership opportunities through calls, emails, social activity, events and creative prospecting techniques
Work closely with other members in the sales team, to ensure accurate information is passed into the CRM.
Participate in sales forecasting, planning and reporting with senior management
Representing the firm at industry events & conferences

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Solutions/Tech sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Experience in selling solutions/professional services to the HR community
Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
