An investment company specialising in natural resources investments is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team. To succeed in this role, you must be familiar with M&A, Investments, Joint Ventures, and Sale & Purchase Agreements in the Natural Resources / Oil & Gas / Commodities industries. You will also be responsible for advising senior management on business risks, compliance and regulatory matters.

10 – 15 PQE admitted to the Singapore Bar
Experience with M&A, Investment, Joint Venture, and Sale & Purchase Agreements
Familiarity with Natural Resources / Oil & Gas / Commodity industries
Resourceful, commercially savvy and solution-oriented team player
