There is now an opportunity to join a global food manufacturing company as a Business Controller. An established business and a major player within the industry, this company has over 7,000 employees worldwide and its Asia Pacific headquarters based in Singapore.
 
Reporting into the CFO and leading a team of 3, the Business Controller will be responsible for business reporting, financial forecasting and budgeting for the region. You will be a valued business partner to senior management, driving financial performance, setting KPIs and implementing strategies to improve profitability and reducing costs. You will lead initiatives to improve processes and work flows, standardizing and driving best practices.
 
The successful candidate will be professionally qualified, possessing a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. You will possess at least 10 years’ experience in a regional and commercial finance business partnering role with strong knowledge in cost controlling, working capital and cash flow savings delivery. You will be described as an analytical and responsible individual with strong stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is highly desired for this role.
