• 4-7 years of experience, Assistant Manager – Manager level, Singapore based
• SGD70-100k annum base with variable bonuses on top

 
Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, which include liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring special accountant and debt restructuring.
• Assist in the preparation of letters, notices, emails and reports
• Take control of the business premises and assets, followed by realisation
• Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties
• Indexing and safekeeping of books and records
• Recovery of debts
• Adjudication of creditors' claims
• Investigation of past transactions
• Assist in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
• Attend meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings
• Clarifies issue(s) / problem(s) to be addressed and communicate clearly and timely to supervisors
• Coach and guide junior team members, and review their work
• Ensure timely reporting to supervisors and all timelines are consistently met

 
Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, ideally 4-7 yrs of experience prior to this in any advisory firm.
• 5-7 yrs of experience in corporate insolvency / restructuring / forensics
• Strong analytical, financial analysis and report writing skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• A strong team player
