Apply: AVP - Portfolio Rebalancing

A well-known investment fund is looking for an AVP to join their Investment Services department.
The AVP will be responsible for rebalancing operations for the portfolio, which allows front office to have sharper investment execution
.
Responsibilities

• Perform accurate rebalancing trade management and execution
• Analyze rebalancing data to ensure completeness and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data quality issues promptly
• Discuss and advise portfolio managers and business managers on portfolio rebalancing requirements
• Evaluate new business requirements, propose and implement system solutions
• Develop, implement and maintain controls and workflows to ensure quality and timeliness of data
• Adopt end user computing tools for continuous process and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy or related fields
• At least 6 years' relevant working experience in fund management, banking industry or large-scale data operation fields
• Sound knowledge of financial instruments
• Possess strong analytical abilities with an eye for detail
• Team player with the willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and changing environment. A high level of proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience in end user computing tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau will be an advantage
