QP Senior Architect      

Reference: BH-23393

Our client who is a leading architecture firm is seeking a QP Senior Architect in Singapore.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and foster a team-oriented attitude in overseeing and managing architectural teams, including junior architects, interior designers, and draftsmen.
Excel in design conceptualization, design development, technical coordination, and documentation management.
Ensure architectural drawings are prepared, reviewed, and delivered on time across various project stages.
Manage professional sub-consultancy agreements and oversee team performance when serving as the contractual lead consultant.
Collaborate effectively with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to meet all requirements for seamless project delivery.
Utilize knowledge and expertise to resolve complex design and technical challenges.

Qualifications:

6-10 years’ experience in healthcare building design preferred but not necessarily.
Possess a recognized degree in Architecture and registration with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
Demonstrate good leadership capability and able to work independently.
Proven experience in delivering projects from concept development to construction completion.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Revit, as well as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional, approachable, and equipped with excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Healthcare Projects would be a plus.
