About the opportunity
We're seeking expressions of interest from experienced Kitchen Hands and Baristas for a variety of upcoming hospitality assignments across the Coffs Harbour region.
 
We have multiple casual opportunities available at events, venues, and hospitality sites throughout the year. Whether you're an experienced Kitchen Hand or a skilled Barista, we'd love to hear from you.
 
Duties may include:
  • Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks
  • Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen
  • Operating commercial coffee machines and preparing quality espresso coffee
  • Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Restocking supplies and maintaining clean work areas
  • Working efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments
 
To be successful, you will have:
  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand and/or Barista
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
  • Current NSW RSA (highly regarded for some roles)
  • Food Safety Certificate (desirable)
