The Company: -
Leading financial services organisation that covers over 50 countries globally and 20 million customers. They are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities: -

Assist the CFO in managing financial general ledger and data within the system
Create the financial governance framework to ensure the integrity of the financial data on the ledger
Continuously adhere to the standards of the ledger
Establish various accounting and control policies to define the accounting and bookkeeping on all the banking products
Manage and liaise with the HKMA, submissions and annual audits

Requirements: -

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and membership within Accounting Professional Bodies (APB)
10 years + of experience in banking
Excellent command of HKMA structure, financial and management reporting, month end closing, FP&A and etc
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills; prior experience in leading a team.
