Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer (Indonesia Qualified)

My client is an established international law firm with a strong presence in Singapore as well as the emerging markets. They are currently looking for a Senior Indonesia Qualified Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team here in Singapore.

As part of their broader growth plan, this is a strategic hire for them to develop and build up their Indonesia Desk. The ideal candidate would be a Seasoned Corporate M&A/PE Lawyer with around 7-10 years of experience gained from leading international law practices with cross-border transactional experience, across a diversified range of industries.

In this role, you will be expected to be actively involved in various business development and marketing activities in view of expanding their outreach into the Indonesia Market.

As this is a critical hire for their business, my client is prepared to relocate the right talent for the role.
