Apply: Change Specialist - Digital Solutions & Experience

This role is part of a team of digital experience specialists including Change and Communications, Instructional Design and Project specialists to ensure adoption of diverse digital solutions and collaboration technologies across business divisions and user communities. It is a hands-on role and includes the design, planning and delivery of the change  and adoption approach, plans and artefacts and the facilitation of learning content and overall improvement of adoption.

Skills & Experience
  • Solid background in change and/or communications delivery for technology projects within a large enterprise environment
  • A strong technical proficiency in Collaboration tools - O365, Teams etc
  • Experience in graphic design software - Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and managing the delivery of project communication
  • Knowledge of organisational change management methodology and artefacts across the project life cycle
  • Structured and organised approach to communications and change delivery ensuring alignment to project delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver in complex environement
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional qualifications
