The Role:

Our client is a leading PRC law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking to take on a mid-level corporate associate with solid corporate experience to join their dynamic corporate team. The team advises leading international, PRC and local corporations on a full spectrum of corporate transactions including public and private M&As, IPOs and Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance matters.
 
Requirements:

• 3+ PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with Solid Corporate Experience
• Lawyers with 5+ PQE and solid experience will be considered as Senior Associate
• Proficient in English and Chinese
