Apply: Financial Controller - ASX listed business

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join an ASX listed organisation experiencing significant growth. This broad ranging senior position will be responsible for leading a small team providing over site of group consolidated cash-flow forecasting, month end close, quarterly reporting and production of financial statements.

Due to the complexity and rapid growth of the organisation you will be required to be a consummate stakeholder manager, well versed in managing cross functionally to tight deadlines. It will be expected that the Financial reporting manager adds strategic value and advice to the senior leadership team and takes the lead on process improvement initiatives.

Duties

• Lead and develop a team 
• Manage statutory reporting
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Support the senior leadership team through accurate reporting and recommendations based on group performance
• Ownership of financial statements
  

Candidate Requirements

• Practice trained qualified accountant with post qualified experience in an ASX listed business
• Exposure to market is Asia market a huge plus
• Solid leadership experience
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skill a bonus
