Client Details

Our client is National Mid Tier Law Firm with well established and highly successful Tax practice.   Due to growth, the team has a vacancy for a tax lawyer with 3-7 years PQE to join their collegiate team.
 
Description

You will advise a range of clients from large companies to SMEs and high net wealth individuals on a broad variety of tax issues including corporate tax matters, tax structuring, GST and stamp duty.  You will also be involved in advising on international tax and tax controversy matters.

Profile

With 3-7 years PQE in Tax gained in a law firm or Big 4 Accounting firm, you have a commercial approach, excellent attention to detail, strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of key taxation provisions, ATO Rulings and relevant case law.
You enjoy client contact and are keen to continue building your knowledge and career in tax with some of Melbourne’s best tax practitioners. Candidates who have completed additional studies in Taxation would be highly regarded. 

Our client will also consider direct tax lawyers who are keen to diversify into GST and stamp duty.
