Our Client is a leading securities group with a investment banking setup, seeking a Head of Compliance to lead the Singapore Compliance function, in line with the growth of the group’s businesses. You will be developing and implementing industry-leading compliance framework and ongoing compliance monitoring programs.

You will:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and at least 8 years of relevant working experience, specifically familiar with the capital markets business
Have expert regulatory knowledge relating to investment products and businesses, including SFA and FAA regulations, among others
Experience with regional and international compliance regulations will be advantageous
