Singapore based, 2 years fixed-term contract renewable upon performance

Responsibilities would include:

Support the expansion of the business through greenfield and brownfield equity investments in renewable energy assets in the APAC region
Market research across SEA countries to identify acquisition targets and to inform the annual planning process
Assist in execution, structuring and financing of investments (new / existing) and assess economics
Prepare valuation and project update reports for stakeholders and sponsors
Work closely with other stakeholders such as risk, legal, tax and accounting etc to ensure successful investment execution
Manage investment approval process including: reviewing proposals from sales, coordinating reviews with HQ, scheduling hub and HQ approval process

Profile of ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2-5 years of relevant work experience, either with a private equity firm / asset manager/ IPP / renewable energy project developer / investment management firm
Experienced in early greenfield development, particularly around Renewable Energy assets is a plus
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Experience with SalesForce, PowerBI a plus
Team player, family culture
Good work ethics and can-do attitude
Good communication, problem solving skills
