Commercial Property Lease Analyst – 12 Month Contract | Fremantle WA Summary:

Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lease Analyst to support lease administration, analysis, and stakeholder coordination across a diverse commercial and industrial portfolio in Fremantle.
Key Focus
  • End-to-end lease management (negotiations, renewals, variations, compliance)
  • Lease and financial analysis to support commercial outcomes
  • Stakeholder coordination (internal teams, tenants, legal advisors, valuers)
  • Portfolio support across commercial, mixed-use, and industrial assets
  • Systems, reporting, and documentation management
Ideal Candidate
  • Qualification in Property, Business, Commerce, or similar (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in commercial property leasing/management, ideally in complex or industrial environments
  • Strong background in lease administration and analysis
  • Understanding of commercial and financial principles
  • Experience with legal advisors, valuers, or dispute processes
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
